A guarantor is an individual that signs a lease agreement along with a renter promising to uphold the lease agreement in the event a renter defaults on their financial obligations. The guarantor can be a parent, spouse, extended family member, or a friend but will need to be in good financial standing and pass all necessary screenings.

Yes, we require tenant liability coverage during the lease term, with $100,000 minimum coverage. Here are three approved ways to meet this requirement:
1. Opt-in to include this coverage as part of your monthly rent
2. Sign up with our partner, ePremium Insurance, for a policy that also includes coverage of your personal belongings
3. Provide your own 3rd-party insurance policy

Yes, our apartments are pet-friendly! Each apartment is allowed to have a maximum of 2 pets with the exception of restricted breeds that can be provided by the leasing office.

We have limited parking spots available for an additional fee.

Electricity must be put in tenant's name with NES. Water will be billed back through Conservice.

Our advertised rates include WiFi, valet trash, pest control, and one parking space in our parking garage.
